3D Product Design

Today almost all products are designed in 3D. vectorcam offers a new user friendly technique called NC-Features to machine parts in minutes. Besides quick programming the NC code and machining time are shortened to minimum length.

Practical

For each geometrical schape vectorcam offers a suitable NC-Feature. These are drilling operations, fillets, planes, open and closed pockets with multiple islands, slots and steps. Just use the find and locate feature and you are ready to machine.

Continuous development and user-feedback ensure your investment. Multi-threading 64 bit technologies have been added to comply with today's fast computers. This allows 3D complex routines to be calculated much faster. 

Postprocessors

vectorcam produces NC-cutting paths independent of your machines and CNC controls. The individual NC processes are shown in a list which you can adjust simply by dragging with the mouse. With one command the complete NC-program is generated for any one of hundreds of different machines of your choice.

The open postpocessors allow adjustment by yourself or with the help of our technicians.
